Develop MyFinBank Customer/Admin Modules

I need a secure, production-ready web banking app called MyFinBank: build an Angular frontend and Spring Boot (Java) backend with a PostgreSQL database, JWT-based auth with refresh tokens, role-based access (customer/admin), and KYC support. Core features: customer registration & profile, account creation, deposits/withdrawals/transfers (idempotent), transaction history & downloadable statements, notifications (email/SMS via a queue), admin dashboard for KYC/user/transaction management, and audit logs. Deliverables should include REST APIs with OpenAPI docs, a responsive Angular UI, unit/integration tests, Docker deployment (containers + docker-compose or Kubernetes manifests), CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), and basic monitoring/logging. Use Git for source control and provide setup + run instructions; prioritize security (hashed passwords, input validation, HTTPS) and clear documentation so I can hand off and maintain it.
