Customize proxy management system(Spring Boot/React)

We have new proxy management system that is built with Spring Boot (Backend), React (Frontend), and PostgreSQL (Database). We need to customize some functions. This is a continuous project for long-period, and selected developer should be skilled in all tech stacks (Spring Boot/React/PostgreSQL). We pay the funds according to working hours per task. All sources are in the github.
