I’m planning a single hub that lets our users sign in once and reach three core suites—CRM systems, Accounting software, and Project management tools—through a hybrid mobile app and complementary web portal. The entire experience should follow Material Design so the look and feel stay consistent across Android, iOS, and the browser.

• Single sign-on that authenticates across every connected product
• Home dashboard that surfaces active subscriptions and licence counts at a glance
• Full subscription, licence, plan payment, and renewal workflows
• Invoice history tied to each user account
• Real-time and in-app notifications
• Robust admin console to manage users, plans, and granular access rights
• Sales dashboard that tracks clients, commissions, and referral performance
Technology notes
My first choice is a Java back end—Spring Boot or similar—and a Flutter front end for the hybrid app, but if you can justify an alternative stack that shortens time-to-market or maintenance overhead, I’m open to hearing it.
