Build a Freight Bidding Platform

A platform where Customers create details of any load that they want to have transported from one place to another. Details they provide should include: Source location and Destination location, Type of load to be transported, If they require a specialized means of transport (a Truck with a refrigeration for example), the expected Date time they want it delivered. They should also be able to signup/login to add payment methods. Review service after delivery. They should also be able to see bids placed by transporters against the shipment order they created and award to any one bidder. System should be able to list estimated prices at the time of order creation to inform the customer about what to expect

Transporters (Individual/Company) should be able to register, login and create their Vehicles/trucks, Drivers, Assign/re-assign trucks to drivers, See shipment orders and bid for a shipment order, assign tasks to drivers.

Admin should be able to do approval of transporters after reviewing their documents. Configure dispute resolution, configure any commissions or fees for the service. Configure KYC requirements.

I would want this developed with Java/Spring boot, Flutter, angular
