Wind Turbine Installation Inspection Overview

I'm currently working offshore within the wind industry on a new windfarm which i am overseeing the installation. Part of my job is to do a final walkdowns once the structures have been installed and during this time i go through a checklist to check for damage etc..
What i would like created is a spreadsheet which will capture everything that that been recorded during these inspections on all 114 Structures. I will supply a copy of the checklist so it gives the potential freelancer the opportunity to come up with an idea. I like the idea of having one sheet (in the spreadsheet) which will include all structure I'D's and the points which are on the checklist so the information can be inputted after inspection. On the second sheet (Dashboard) i would like graphs, charts etc.. to show what's been recorded on all structures. Basically so the person looking at the graph can see what the main issue is and on what structure the anomaly is at. If there is a high percentage of structures with the same issue this can easily be spotted by the person looking at the charts. I have supplied a spreadsheet which includes the structure I'D's and the points from the checklist. I have been using this sheet to start collecting the information but I want a far superior version.
You will see by looking at the spreadsheet that there are 114 Foundations (structures) and 1 Sub-Station so i have provided the list for the substation as well as it has a separate list.
