Manage my company diary

Hi,
I'm a manager in our company and we are manufacturing plastic doors, windows, penlights some plastic plates for open area to the house. We are established this company in 2000 and from our beginning we are maintaining a 'company diary'
In that diary only have our schedules, time tabels, working prosidure, workers targets...ect.
Now I want to manage some parts of the diary and add new things to the diary therefore before everything I want to manage catogery of that.
I will provide the details of it then you can do it and store on system in new version.
