Facebook Ads CSV-FPT Exporter

I need a system built for me that's able to export a CSV report from Facebook Ads Manager, including ad performance metrics and cost data, and then send it to an FTP server. The report should be exported ideally every hour but a daily schedule is acceptable as well.
