Create Quarterly Business Review spreadsheet to show progress from the quarter.

I'm looking to create a spreadsheet that is workable and visually appealing to show our customers. The goal is to show them these updates every quarter, and agree on shared goals. I'd like it to be plug and play. This means have our reps just put in the data and it creates a visually appealing tool to show customers.
