application for coaching role

i would like to ask you if you can help me completing an application process as i am busy with my university dissertation . Basically i send you the application that i need to submit .
A professional football club, which operates with a Category 1 academy, have recently gone through a major organisational restructure, and have advertised for the following roles: Youth Development Phase Lead (12-16 yrs) –
As part of the application process, you have been asked to put together a three part written project that includes you identifying which role you are looking to apply for and the inclusion of the following information:
Part One: You have been asked to identify 2 key principles of coaching you feel make you an ideal candidate for the role indentifed, and critically evaluate how you would look to apply these principles into your role, and the preparation required for you to do so effectively.
Part Two: You have been asked to reflect on previously held assumptions and beliefs that have influenced your coaching practice, and asked to review, using an evidence based approach, how these may have changed over the last 3 years.
Part Three: You have been asked to design and rationalise, using up to date academic research, a strategic approach that:
a) develops a supportive learning environment for the players within your chosen phase.
b) can be applied both on and off of the football pitch, that supports the overall improvement of player performance.
You are encoruage to include an extensive 'Appendices' section as part of this proejct that can help you demonstrate your planned approach
