Job Title: Video Content Curator – Basketball Player Action Clips
Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized freelancer to curate and manage a large collection of short basketball action clips. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for clear, visually distinct sports actions and be capable of sourcing suitable footage independently from free, copyright-safe resources.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for creating, selecting, and organizing short video clips that showcase basketball player actions in the following categories:

Action Types

- Dribbling actions
- Shooting actions

Clip Volume

- Minimum 10,000+ clips per action type (dribble, shot)

Age Groups
Each action type must include clips featuring players from:
- 12–14 years
- 14–18 years
- 18+ years

Performance Levels
Within each age group, clips must be categorized into three skill levels:

- Average
- Good
- Great

Clip Requirements

Maximum duration: 1.5 seconds per clip

High-quality, clear, and easy-to-identify actions

Visually clean and distinctive movements

Freelancer must independently find and source freely available video materials (royalty-free, open-source, or permissible content only)

Compensation
- Payment per clip: $100. If you provide me good quality within 4 or 5 days, I am willing to pay extra.

Experience with video editing or sports content curation

Ability to recognize basketball movements and skill levels

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to source high-quality free video materials independently
