I need a Padel racket designed specifically for training purposes. The racket should be made of carbon fiber, and feature a synthetic grip.

- A finished 3D render
- A 3D‑printed prototype
What We Need
- A mechanical / product design engineer
- Take the existing design from prototype to production
- Prepare a manufacturing‑ready design for injection molding
- This is not a visual design or rendering task
Scope
- Refine existing geometry
- Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
- Ensure design is suitable for mold tooling and quotation
Required Skills
- Engineering CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, or similar)
- Strong DFM experience
- Injection molding knowledge (draft angles, wall thickness, parting lines)
- Experience delivering mold‑ready CAD
