Splunk Expert for Application Error Monitoring

I am seeking a Splunk tool expert to create a search query for monitoring a specific type of data - application logs. Your primary responsibility will be to set up alerts for specific events within this log, particularly error messages. Upon the detection of these error messages, you will be required to configure the notifications to be sent via email.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Proficiency in using Splunk tool for monitoring
- Experience in creating custom search queries in Splunk
- Strong familiarity with developing alerting mechanisms in Splunk
- Excellent communication skills, as you will be configuring email notifications

Please note that experience in setting up dashboards, forwarding alerts to monitoring systems, or configuring SMS alerts is not required for this project.
