Sphinx integration Issues

We have a custom built CRM with data stored in MYSQL - Aurora serverless database. The database is on AWS serverless Aurora V1 and is connected to a Sphinx setup on EC2. We have a few issues:
1) Sometimes the data is not transferred from MySQL to Sphinx. We need to refresh the sphinx server again to get the data.
2) When the serverless database increases or reduces in capacity, it truncates the queries in process and that also messes up the sphinx refresh
3) When we have heavy traffic, the search seems to go to SQL at times instead of Sphinx.
We need a sphinx expert to look into this and fix the issue.
We need a Sphinx expert that can help us create a reliable way for data to be transferred real time from MySQL to Sphinx and a search service that is scalable for heavy traffic.
