I need this speech to be enhanced both in terms of content and clarity

I have written a speech and require it to be enhanced and content to be both appealing and clear. I am open to new and relevant content included and modified to suit the theme of this speech. I need this speech completed by Friday afternoon 12 pm (Malaysian time- 27th of May). Not required to alter the opening remarks unless feel there is room for improvement.
