I need a speechwriter for a speech I am delivering on September 9.

My speech is 7 mins in length and will be delivered to the student body of the high school I attended during their first day of school. I am an alumni, and am about to join the board of trustees. This school year also kicks of “50 years of women” in the school, which previously was all boys. So my speech must give a nod to that. I want the speech to be very inspirational. Encouraging the kids to focus on themselves, make good choices, and not get caught up in external influences that can often be demotivating. Would like to brainstorm more but this is a top level direction I am thinking.
