need a speech writer to write a speech I will have to give at my 80th birthday pary

I am a young 80 year old November 2022. On November 19th my sons have put together a large birthday party at a top restaurant serving meals, band, piano player and other entertainment. the guest list is 75 people. I am sure I will have to make a speech and want to be prepared. should i start with a joke? need to welcome everyone plus thank my sons for this fantastic party and thank the guests for coming. need it to be around 5 minutes or? Would like it to be a talk that is remembered.
