I need to make a persuasive speech on why cats make better pets than dogs

Hello, do you think you can write a very quick brief persuasive speech on why cats make better pets than dogs? I already have all the information like the many reasons why cats are better than dogs but I'm just struggling to put it together. Also would it be possible to just whip it up as fast as possible? I don't need anything big or anything I just need to finish it tonight. It just has to be around 4 minutes or so, again nothing big (not even a page).
