Wedding reception speech for my brother

I've been asked to do a speech for my brother's wedding. We're very close but I'm not one for making speeches and I'm looking for some help.
5 min speech is great. Would like it to be somewhat funny.
A bit about us.
- Typical brotherly relationship
- Left Sri Lanka during the Civil War
- Fought a lot as kids
- Fight less now but still argue. We just like arguing.
- Grew up in Vancouver, Canada
- He moved to Toronto for Undergrad. I followed 2 years later
- He moved to New York after his MBA. I moved to San Francisco a few years later.
- He's risen really high up in his career
- We our proud of each other but would never say that
