I’m building an online learning experience designed specifically for teenagers and need an instructional design partner who can turn my raw subject-matter notes into a lively, self-paced e-learning course. The goal is to keep learners engaged with crisp visuals, relatable scenarios, short video segments, and quick-fire knowledge checks that feel more like a game than a test.
You’ll have full creative space to suggest the best mix of authoring tools—Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise, or another HTML5-friendly option—as long as the final package runs smoothly in a standard LMS and on mobile. I’ll provide the core content, branding guidelines, and examples of tone; you’ll transform that into a storyboard, develop the interactive modules, layer in voice-over or subtitles, and package the finished product.
Deliverables I need from you:
• Detailed storyboard and visual style guide
• Fully developed modules with interactive activities and quizzes
• Source files plus a SCORM-compliant export ready for upload
Acceptance criteria: every screen should flow at a teen-friendly pace, navigation must be intuitive on phones and tablets, and quiz data needs to track correctly in the LMS. If you’ve created courses that made teens forget they’re “in class”, I’d love to see them when you bid.
