Superwoman Festival
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
The festival is a not for profit event but needs sponsorship/investment to facilitate free or discounted tickets for potential women and girl attendees unable to pay and other charities to be able to attend and talk about what they are doing.
The festival is about the celebration of women and girls. To inspire and educate. To explore ideas and have discussions on how to improve equality and diversity within workplaces.

Friday the 7th of May- Women and the World of Work
Our events on Friday are for women in business and the companies who wish to support them. Learn and listen to talks by expert speakers, designed to provide a diverse range of perspectives, network with businesses with unique and inclusive approaches and get the chance to share your ideas with other companies.
Your business doesn’t have to be an expert on gender equality to come along- this event was designed with everyone in mind, so companies can learn and grow together in a welcoming environment. Regardless of whether you wish to expand your business, support your female colleagues, connect with likeminded people or simply to take everything in and show support by turning up- we welcome you to the festival.
Businesses can come along and…
-Hear speeches on the subject of women in business given by experts, entrepreneurs and employers
-Learn about equality and diversity for employers and how it can help to improve the quality and reach of your business
-Pledge support of women in business and the workplace and earn a physical and digital badge which will show partners, competitors and staff that your company values gender equity
-Enter your name into our ‘Shine a Light’, award ceremony which aims to ‘shine a light’ on businesses which are actively fighting for inclusivity and creating a better future for female entrepreneurs.
Saturday the 8th of May - Women in the World
Our events on Saturday are for all women and girls of all backgrounds and ages with big aspirations, and the businesses who have something great to offer them. There will be:
-Inspirational and motivational speeches on how to access the support & skills necessary to move into work
-Consultancy workshops- chat to qualified experts and identify your strengths, passions, personal branding plan and where you want to be.
-Network with peers, mentors and local businesses running stands…
-Charity stands- providing opportunities to showcase their support of women in the and young people.
Plus live music, food and drink also a Market place to shop and support new businesses or ventures.
