Speech at work conference

I've been asked to write a speech to last 5 - 10 mins at my work conference that is engaging, witty and informative. I am a head of sales for the business and want to speak about my 3.5-years with the business whilst indirectly including our company values (Better Reward Integrity Grit Honest Trustworthy - BRIGHT). I also want to mention some highlights of the year and thanks to departments that always go above and beyond for our department. I simply don't know where to start and need help.
