Speech to text in Portuguese-Br for Radiologists

Hello,
We are a group of Radiologists trying to find out what is the best way for a web based system that woud transcript our voices with medical technical words for a text? Also, how much would it cost?
The web based system would have a rich text editor such as ckeditor with a preloaded text and with our voices we would add texts.
We know that word online and google docs have something close to what we want, but they lack recognition of medical / radiology words.
There is something very close to what we want that is laudite.com.br, but it also have the problem with technical words.Nevertheless, it is better than word and google.
If laudite.com.br is the best way, how could we do it better like implementing AI?
