Looking for someone with high domain knowledge in retail industry to help write a 1.5 to 2 minutes script that will be use to record a 1.5 to 2 minutes video addressing the following 3 questions: This is needed ASAP, next 24 to 36 hours... this is a broad topic but somehow we need to get a concise message into 2 minutes or so... once someone is pick well talk more on brainstorming about this.. but like a said you must have retail and eCommerce business acumen to properly help me elaborate this.

I Think as introduction it could be say how the pandemic have accelerated the shift for retail to be more competitive in the online presence... this is for the Latin America market and from 2020 to 2021 during the heat of the pandemics the ecommerce business had a 36% grow compare to 3.4% for regular store retail industry in LA.
