Physical Therapist Assistant Program Pinning Ceremony

I need to write a speech for the graduating class of 2022 PTA program. I want my speech to have the students walking away feeling inspired, being proud of themselves and the path they have taken. I want most imortantly to motivate and inspire them to study even harder for the board exam they must take in a few months. Not to sit on their laural or become complacent thinking their task has been completed. I want to breath into my words the idea that they can do anything! I want to incorporate Walt Witman " Open Road" in this speech.
