Narrative Speech - Regret
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
- Consider an event that happened to you and or someone you know and love.
- Think of how a moral to the story was learned as a result from this event occurring.
- Make sure to have emphasis on your moral in your delivery. (Have vocal variety throughout to emphasize the drama, the suspense, etc.)
- Minimum of 10 events--major details, 3 backgrounds (referencing time in the narrative), and the outline should be a minimum of 1 page. It should follow page 174, boxed method or 179, bullet point method.
- It should be 3-5 minutes in length. It has a 30 second grace period over it. Visual aid is required.
- Don't forget to have a words cited page, formated to APA format. (You should have at least one source on your works cited page.) Sources can be quotes, defintions, statistics--as long as they relate to the content of your narrative speech.
