Designation: Human resource/sales associate
Interview Mode: Video Mode of Interview.
Training: All interviewed selected candidates will become a part of the Applicant Trainee Program
The training program will be as follows :
Phase 1: Classroom Training Program (CRT)
Duration: 2 Weeks
Location: Remote
Working model: 5 days
Post completion of the 2 Weeks Training Program will be assessed on various parameters.
Location: Work from Home
Working model: 5 days
The training program will be for 2 weeks. The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, capability and quality audits, and feedback from the manager/ trainer and HR Team. Upon successfully passing the training program, you become eligible to be offered the role of HR Executive/ sales executive
Post completion of training candidates may be asked to report to the role location(if applicable).
CTC : Upto INR 6,00,000 approx. (Rs. 3 lakh fixed pay + Rs. 2 lakh performance pay + Rs. 1lakh Retention bonus)
