Hindi Text-to-Speech Converter

I am looking for an expert to build a text-to-speech converter specifically for the Hindi language. This project doesn't require different voice options for males and females.

What the project entails:
- Hindi language support only (written and spoken)
- Text-to-speech functionality with a female voice (“Girl Voice”)

Ideal skills for this job:
- Experience in voice recognition technology
- Fluency in Hindi language
- Previous work with text-to-speech converters.
