Spark Messaging Migration to New Windows Server

I need an experienced professional to help me migrate my Spark messaging implementation from an old server to a new Windows server.
Old server is running the instance on an openfire database and ideally we would like that migrated to ms sql on the new server.
Old instance quit running a few days ago.
