I need a biography writer

We will need a Spanish speaker. It is for my grandparents who do not speak English. We are looking to get all their stories on paper. They came from small Mexican towns with no formal educations. They came as migrant farmers and became prominent members of the Mexican business community in Phoenix. They still own Corona ranch which is an event space and Mexican rodeo growns in south Phoenix.
