Type a few sets of articles and arrange in folders

I've got different sets of folders containing images that need to be typed out and subsequently arranged into folders accordingly as specified.

I'm in need of a freelancer with English or Spanish knowledge and also the ability to type with Microsoft office to assist me in typing these images and after that arranging them as specified into folders before submission.
