Spanish speaking engineer for finding construction companies

Hi we need a Spanish speaking engineer that has experience in communicating with construction companies to find a good one in Mexico. We created a list of companies that can be contacted at first. We need someone with knowledge of light construction production to handle the contacts for us. You need to be available directly and speak spanish and English fluently.
