Spanish Speaker Sales - South America/Spain/Portugal based

I need a Spanish speaker sales person, based in South America, Spain or Portugal. Sales will be a mix of cold calling and existing warm leads. This is an ongoing task - initially hourly paid, it will become a fixed monthly fee.

Required:
1) Perfect English & Spanish - verbal and written
2) Excellent people skills and ability to manage clients
3) Quick learner to learn the product on sales
