Spanish PDF needs typing in to Word

I need someone to take my a PDF which is a historical legal document written in Spanish. I need it to be retyped exactly the same (same page breaks, headings, underlines, numbers etc.) and kept in Spanish (no translation required, just a straight copy). I need whoever does this to speak fluent Spanish to ensure it is done properly. Sample of one page is attached. The document is 15 pages in total. THIS MUST BE ACCURATE AND EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE PDF.
