Need Spanish native worker to Request quotations from Professionals

We start up a company. We are located in Spain. We print and engrave personalized stuff on medals, bronze, etc...
We purchased machines (3D printer, Engravement device, etc...) See files attached.
We need a Spanish native person who can contact professionals and ask for "Presupeusto" proforma al nombre de nuestra empresa.
It is urgent and necessary to ask for "subvention" to thee ayuntamiento.
So your job is easy:
1. Search in yellow pages or Google professional sellers of these devices (same brand or not, it doesn't matter. It just needs to be the same quality devices, same level, with a bit higher price).
2. Contact them by phone or by mail and ask for a presupuesto.
3. Forward the presupuestos to us

We need at least 2 presupuestos per device.
