Mystery Shopper
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
In order to provide the best user experience as possible with our product (trading platform), we are looking for a responsible and attentive employee to participate in a short-term job with possible cooperation in future with alike responsibilities.
The main purpose of this research is to improve the level of our customer support. You will need to conduct 2 chats and 2 e-mail conversations overall and provide a structured report on your actions following the template provided.
Before working on the task it will be necessary to go through the training about the product. If the results of the test after the onboarding are high we will be able to cooperate with you on this task (in case of successful training it will be paid)
Required qualities (must):
- Located in Mexico, Colombia
- Native language - Spanish
- Good command of written English.
- PC or Mac user.
