Market representative; and 2nd CEO for Spanish speaking countries

I'm launching new tech startup (SaaS) and need a representative/2nd CEO for Latin America - Colombia
No experience required, but it's a huge benefit if you are business acumen.
Full time work, long-term role, remote work.
Work is mostly a lot of networking, document preparation (translate from English to Spanish), represent at meetings, sales and seminars in L.America

Salary is negotiable, needed equipment is provided-phone, laptop, printer and anything other necessary.

Not accepting companies who hire sub-worker, no agencies...
Job is open only for female executives (had bad experience with Colombian male workers, not making that again) Any South American country with Spanish language (Colombia has advantage)
Don't bother applying if you're from India, Pakistan...or any country other than S.America, won't even consider you
