Interpreter from Spanish/English

I am English speaking and I am helping my boss book travel from Texas to Mexico City for a party of 24 (all English speaking) for her parents 5o year wedding anniversary. I need someone to help me book the chapel and explain what we need. I might need to have this person help me make a few reservations too. Thanks!
