Find out # employees of city council of Conello de Santiago (Spain)

We're conducting a large research project on a selection of European cities. I need to know how many people work for the city council in Santiago de Compostela (Conello de Santiago). However, I speak little Spanish and no Galician and can't seem to find the information. Please only reach out if you're certain you can find the information; maybe one needs to know Galician for it.

I offer $10 for the information, including a source we can list, such as an official document (of any language).

Thanks in advance!
