English book doctoring, formatting and publishing support

I have written a book in Spanish. I got it translated to English. I need a proof reading and book doctoring for its publishing. I will opt for self publishing for ebook and POD print on demand. The book is 27.000 words. It contains 30 illustrations. I have selected IngramSpark but I am open for suggestions for best publication and promotion.
