English to Spanish subtitle. Need a native speaker

Hello, I am looking for a native Spanish speaker. I have a 22 mins of video in English and now I need someone to translate the English video into Spanish and add subtitle on the video. I need someone who has experience in subtitling and if you have Adobe Premiere Pro then you are the right person for my project. You must have skills to add subtitles in Premiere pro and you also must have that software to work on this project. I will pay a fixed price rate for this job. Thanks
