Teach me Spanish

I'm a beginner. I want to be fluent in 4 months. I'm willing to dedicate 2 hours per day 6 days a week for 1 on 1 tutoring, along with an additional 10 hours per week for personal study. I want someone who is a native Spanish speaker with teaching experience...someone who has worksheets and books, and methods that work. I want to be tested every 4 weeks to measure progress. This is not a translation project. If you're a translator but have no teaching experience, do not apply. Time Zone: Argentina Time (BST/GMT -4)
