Tenant discussion needed

As a landlord, I need to discuss issues pertaining to my building. I will be attending the discussion in person, and I am seeking support from 1 person who can help me. I want to get up-to-date information/quote on upcoming improvements and payment of rent. I'm looking for someone who can help me make sure my concerns are being addressed.
