Spanish Tutor

I am looking for an experienced Spanish tutor to help a child age 10 learn and improve Spanish conversational skills. He has a Basic level understanding of the Spanish language, and considers himself to be at an beginner's level. he wants to focus on perfecting his Spanish conversation skills, and would prefer someone who utilizes an auditory learning style when teaching. I will need a tutor who can guide him through the Spanish language and culture in order to ensure that he is able to converse effectively.
