Spanish-Speaking Representative for Recruitment Interviews

We are a US-based company currently seeking multiple Native Spanish speakers to participate in recruitment interviews with companies interested in hiring our team. Your role is straightforward — you will receive a scheduled interview time, attend the meeting, and represent the company professionally. No additional responsibilities are required.
Requirements:
- Native-level Spanish fluency
- Advanced English communication skills
- Confidence in speaking and handling interviews
- Basic programming knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or background in Software Engineering (a plus, but not required)
Payment Structure:
For HR Interviews:
- $20 per completed meeting
- Additional $10 bonus if you advance to the next interview stage
After Successful Hiring:
- $30/hour
