Spanish Customer Support with gambling/betting experience

I am looking for an experienced customer service specialist with a strong level of Spanish proficiency who also has expertise in gambling/betting. This position will ideally be someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English, with a preference that they be native speakers of either language.

The customer service specialist will provide customer support to our customers via a Live Chat system. The customer support specialist must be able to quickly respond to customer inquiries and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests. Knowledge and understanding of the gambling/betting industry is required.

We are looking for someone with strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle customer service requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be a team player and have the initiative to work independently when needed.
