As a rapidly expanding company, we are in need of a dedicated Customer Support professional who is a native Spanish speaker from Spain. This full-time role requires an individual who can provide exceptional customer service during afternoon shifts. The compensation package for this role is EUR2000/monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries via voice calls and email, ensuring each customer receives top-notch service.
- Using the Zoiper platform to manage customer interactions.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fluency in Spanish (Spain Spanish)
- Solid background in customer support, preferably in a phone and email environment.
- Familiarity with the Zoiper platform is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for afternoon shifts.
