Female Spanish Customer Support Phone Assistant

I'm looking for a native Spanish-speaking female who can handle some customer support phone call tasks (1-4 calls, depending on the situation) for my company. the call can be handled for your workspace. You don't have to follow any specified script, rather, your abilities to handle inquiries, complaints, and other requests with a positive, helpful attitude will be paramount in this role. You only need to have a basic understanding of my company's operation before taking on this task.

Skills and experience needed:

- Fluent in Spanish, native speaker preferred
- Prior experience in a customer support role
- Ability to handle calls professionally and improvise when required
- Basic understanding of our company and operations.
