Spain Work Visa Application Expert

I need assistance with my work visa application for Spain. Currently, I do not have a job offer in Spain. We are looking to move a family of three (one school aged child) and work while living in Spain. We need help with visa requirements and how to appropriately fill out/have someone fill out the visa paperwork. We have a smaller than larger amount we'd like to spend, but are willing to change our budget if needed.

Requirements:
