This assignment is a focused pre-vetting check on one candidate’s employment background within Spain. The scope is limited to positions held at local Spanish companies; international roles are out of scope.
What has to be done
– Contact each Spanish employer the candidate has named.
– Secure direct confirmation (email or phone) of the exact job title or titles the person officially held.
– Record the name, role, and contact details of the HR or managerial staff member who provided the confirmation.
– Compile the findings in a brief, clearly structured report (PDF or editable document).
Acceptance criteria
1. Every listed Spanish employer has a dated verification note on company letterhead or a documented call/email transcript.
2. Each note must state the verified job title exactly as confirmed by the company.
3. All verifier contact details are present and traceable.
Spanish language skill and familiarity with local business etiquette will make the process faster; however, any method that secures reliable, auditable evidence is acceptable.
