Seeking part time Spanish speaking assistant - VA
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
This is an ongoing part time job 3-5 hours per week for about a month. My budget is $3-4/hr.
It's for an intelligent Spanish speaking VA who is reliable, respectful, a quick thinker, can follow instructions the first time, and doesn't disappear. I can't stand repeating myself.
You will learn a lot from me if you care about learning and growing as a person.
I am low income because I work for free to help save Humanity (that includes you), so no rich gringa here. I work just enough to pay my bills and then you.
I don't speak fluent Spanish, I only use Google translate.
This job is to help me figure out where else to move to in Mechuacán Mexico.
I currently live in Morelia Mechuacán Mexico and the prices of house rentals is too much now, so I have to move to another city or town in Mechuacán or if you come up with another city and state that is better.
I prefer someone in Mexico, but for the right person you can be anywhere worldwide so long as you are fluent in speaking, reading and writing Spanish and Ingles. You will also need to understand my voice messages.
I have a way for you to call Mexico for free if you are outside of Mexico.
Types of tasks
I need help with you narrowing down which city is better based on house rental prices.
Then we need to find nice houses within my budget, and then a short term rental until I move into the long term place.
I may also get you to call some companies.
I'm looking for a problem solver. For that reason, you should be a strong mature person who isn't easily controlled by others, not be full of FEAR, & you try your best even if you aren't able to solve the problem.
Your job is to have my back and help me.
I do complain about how bad workers and businesses are here, so if you are going to have a problem with that then don't apply. I understand this is the way things are in this country, but that does NOT make being disrespectful right.
I have been here for almost 2 years, and I sometimes spend 2-4 hours trying to get a cocina economica or restaurant to deliver me food. I've often gone hungry in Mexico.
I'm looking for someone who understands me and has empathy.
I am very direct, don't play games or pretend, and I am kind hearted, so if you are a great respectful assistant, we should get along fine.
I prefer you have a computer and not just use your cell phone which takes a lot longer and isn't efficient.
Calls and most research needs to be made during the day during US CST (not CDT). That's my time zone.
You and I can talk any time after 3 pm CST when I get up, or at night, but the work needs to be done in the morning because time isn't on my side.
Please provide me with your work experience as it relates to finding houses, moving, research, and calling companies.
Also, please give me the keywords "I will help you find a new place to live and remove some of your stress"
